Boutique Vet Hospital and Condos In Development 

This is a new construction uptown New Orleans dual purpose commercial project. The first floor is dedicated to a Vet Hospital, while the second and third floors are residential condos. The design challenge for the first floor is not only making the hospital a “fear free” space for animals, but also creating an overall design style that reflects the Vet’s brand of a welcoming feel with a posh sensibility. As a result, all hard and soft materials chosen for the Vet hospital are derived from a soft color palette with transitional elements.
The second and floor condos style echoes a contemporary design with old New Orleans undertones.
