Baller’s Hotel

Baller’s Hotel is a boutique specialty hotel that serves to house film crew productions while shooting in the NYC area. The hotel’s design programming caters to the two film production sectors. The actors/actresses and film crew have separate and unified zones. Creating separate and unified zones is the greatest challenge of the hotel design. The design seeks to alternate between maximizing and limiting celebrity and crew interactions. The undulating ceiling treatment throughout the hotel public areas create a sense of privacy/intimacy and reflection.
